You are buying a fabric remnant. See photos enlarged for details as they are part of the description and condition listed above. This stored rolled on the bolt but I rolled it off to measure and ship. One edge of selvage was resting on the carpet with edge wear and lint. Some loose end drays from cutting.
I am not super familiar with fabrics so please feel free to ask questions that I can try and address. I did not include the selvage area in the measurements and measured to the smallest area. There should be much more than less. Definitely went on the lower side with my measurements.
