CA SAURABH ANAND

Saurabh has rich experience of dealing with corporate clients, consultants, bankers, merchant bankers, venture capitalists, M&A teams and regulators. He is advising a large No. of reputed clients for Taxation (GST, Income tax and Arbitration), controlling financial, accounting and regulatory matters of various group entities; assisting CFOs and stakeholders in strategic decision making and day to day work.

His initial experience with big and mid level clients inculcated passionate interest in risk advisory services and financial consultancy. This sheer interest coupled with shared vision of providing quality financial and consultancy services to corporate and individuals enabled him to join Cofiser.

CA SAMEER GUPTA

A Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), with 10 years of post qualification experience in the field of Corporate Audits, Business Process Outsourcing, Financial/Taxation Advisory to Start-up and Management Consultancy. An entrepreneur at heart, started Cofiser in 2011 servicing some fortune 500 companies. As a finance professional, been advisor and VP Finance in Threadsol which received funding from Blume and Catamaran and eventually acquired by UK based Coats Group.

Father of two, Love to Listen A R Rahman while driving, Deferred reading novels till kids grow up.

He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a commerce graduate from Kanpur University. He was an all India rank holder in CWA exams.

CA ANSHIT AGARWAL

Anshit heads the Indirect Tax Portfolio and related business tax issues. He also took on the role of Head of Tax Technology, with a focus on assisting clients in establishing the Tax Function of the Future.

He possesses compliance skills of income tax, TDS, PF, ESI, GST and other tax laws. He also advised regarding the application of GST to the digital economy. He is actively participating in training, recruitment & quality initiative of the firm. He is an avid reader and passionate for taxation laws. He has helped our portfolio companies to efficiently migrate from Service tax regime to GST and to design customised solutions for tax compliances.

He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds Bachelorâ€™s degree in Commerce from DU.
